Passwords are hard to remember but don't worry we'll help you reset yours.
Depending on your situation, there's two ways to reset your password.
- Reseting your password while not logged in to the app
- Reseting your password while still logged in to the app
If you aren't receiving your password reset code and email there's a little bit for you at the bottom.
Reset your password while not logged in:
- You're on the 'Sign in' screen of the app, shortly after opening it
- Select 'Forgot your password?' which is just under the enter your password field
- Enter the email address associated with your account and tap 'OK'
- Open you email account and retrieve your unique code. Note that this code will be valid for 30 minutes only.
- Enter this code in the app where it says 'Code' and tap 'Confirm'
- You'll be asked to enter a new password. Try to remember it this time ;)
- Confirm it by tapping 'Reset Password' and you're all set.
Reset your password while still logged in:
You have the app and you're still logged into your existing account.
- Tap the hamburger icon from within the app. No, we're not talking about food here, that's just the name given to the three little lines in the top left corner of the app.
- Select 'My Account'
- Select 'Personal details'
- Select 'Forgot your password?' which is just below the 'enter your password' field
- Enter the email address associated with your account and tap 'OK'
- Open your email account and retrieve your unique code. Note that this code will be valid for 30 minutes only.
- Enter this code in the app where it says 'Code' and tap 'Confirm'
- You'll be asked to enter a new password. Try to remember it this time ;)
- Confirm it by tapping 'Reset Password' and you're all set.
Not receiving your password reset email?
Sorry this hasn't been easy! Don't worry, we'll help you get it sorted. It could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Have you checked your junk folder? There's so much junk in the world that sometimes even REALLY IMPORTANT stuff gets caught up in there - have a check! The email will have come from: support@vinehealth.ai
- Did you use the correct email address? For security reasons we won't tell you if you've entered a valid email address or not because we wouldn't want hackers to know if they were getting close. Maybe you signed up with a different account, or misspelled it.
- There may be something wrong at our end - it can happen! If you think you've followed all the steps and entered the right email address, then please send us an email at support@vinehealth.ai and we'll try to get you back into the app asap.
